All Levels of Sponsorship will receive the following benefits:  Your organization’s name and logo will be listed on printed event materials we send out to the community, if sponsorship commitment is received by publication deadline date(s).

This may include a website presence on our website, event flyers, and event posters.

Your organization’s name will be mentioned, when applicable, throughout the event.

A letter of confirmation that you donated to a community event and is tax deductible. Your staff and members are encouraged to volunteer.

In addition:

Crown Level Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• Your organization’s logo will be the largest on the printed materials and will be placed in a prominent position.
• Your logo will also be printed on materials as listed above, as well as any newspaper or magazine ads which may be contracted for the event, as long as sponsorship commitment is received by publication deadline date(s).
• On event day, your organization’s banner will be hung near the main festival stage. (You will need to provide the banner.
• Your handouts, give-a-ways, etc. can be made available at a dedicated sponsor booth or table, placed at the Event Coordinator’s discretion.
• Alternative ways of participation can be discussed.

• Heritage Level Sponsors will receive the following benefits:  The Event banner(s) will have your organization’s logo printed on it.
• Your handouts, give-a-ways, etc. can be made available at a general sponsors’ booth or table, placed at the Event Coordinator’s discretion.

Event Level Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• Your handouts, give-a-ways, etc. can be made available at a general sponsors’ booth or table, placed at the Event Coordinator’s discretion.
